Предложенная экспериментальная структура для B-формы: 1bna. Основание, которое необходимо изобразить - гуанин (у меня [DG]4:A)(рис. 1).
В сторону большой бороздки обращены атомы C4.C2, C4.N2, C4.N3, C4.C4.
В сторону малой бороздки обращены атомы C4.N1, C4.C6, C4.O6, C4.C5, C4.N7, C4.C8.
