Занятие 3. Хемоинформатика.

Цель занятия: используя пакет моудлей RDkit предложить аналог ибупрофена

Сначала нарисуем ибупрофен (модули 2-7), узнаем его параметры Лепински (модуль 8), генерируем Smiles (модуль 9-10), заменяем азиды на ибупрофен и отбираем молекулы, соответствующие правилам 5 Лепински
