CONCLUSION

Presented table contains information about hydrogen bonds: length, bonded atoms and bond angles N-O-C.

Average length (Angstroms): 3.03 for a-helixes, 2.92 for b-sheets

Average size of an angle (°): 145.1 for a-helixes, 155.1 for b-sheets

Max size of an angle (°): 161.7 for a-helixes, 159.3 for b-sheets

Obtained length values are close to the average one, however, not all hydrogen bonds was examined, that is why it is impossible to make a full statement.
