Streptomyces avermitilis MA-4680 |
Three most common residues |
Leu, Ala, Gly |
Ala, Leu, Gly |
Three rarest residues |
Cys, Trp, His |
Cys, Trp, Met |
The biggest difference in amount of residues, % |
Ile, 2.9 |
Ala, 3.9 |
|
The most common residues are the same, but there are more leucine residues, than alanine residues in E.coli.
The first positions in 'three rarest residues' category are the same, however, E.coli proteome has more metionine residues, than S.avermitilis proteome.
Despite the fact that the proteome of E.coli is almost 2 times smaller than the S.avermitilis proteome, it doesn't mean that it has to contain
less amounts of every residue. For example, E. coli proteome has 3.9% more isoleucine residues, than S.avermitilis's one.
