Ñ ïîìîùüþ ñåðâåðà "Muscle" áûëî ïîñòðåííî âûðàâíèâàíèå ýòèõ áåëêîâ. Äàëåå â ïðîãðàììå "MEGA 7", íà îñíîâå ýòîãî âûðàâíèâàíèÿ áûëî ïîñòðîåííî äåðåâî àëãîðèòìîì "UPGMA".
