Unreadable parts were found and deleted: in the direct read 1-19 and 677-717, and in the reverse read 1-53 and 688-699. Table 1 explains some problems were solved during correcting of reads.

Task 2. Unreadable part of chromatogram

For this task L46_COI_F_A07_WSBS-Seq-07-10-16.ab1 was used. It's impossible to read this chromatogram due to blurred peaks, high noise level and pollution of the sample. Part of file is presented in Fig. 1.
