Most common aminoacids are Leucine, Isoleucine and Lysine for both organisms. Least common are Tryptophan, Cysteine and Histidine for F. tularensis; and Tryptophan, Cysteine and Methionine for E. coli. The biggest differences are in Histidine (E. coli has more) and Valine (more common in F. tularensis).
