Mini-review of the bacterial genome

Selected for analysis the genome of Clostridium autoethanogenum. It is one of the few bacterial species that is capable of syngas fermentation. This ability makes bacteria interesting in terms of biotechnology, they are used to obtain fuel and chemical compounds from spent carbon. Analyzing and working with the genome of Clostridium autoethanogenum will help find new ways to use them or improve the efficiency of existing ones. link to mini-review
