We are proteomics lab at Federal Research and Clinical Center of Physical-Chemical Medicine of Federal Medical Biological Agency. Our group employ mass-spectormetry, molecular biology and computional methods to study genome reduced bacteria. The primary focus of research in the lab is on system biology of Mycoplasma gallisepticum and other Mollicutes. We developed new molecular and computional biology methods to understand organization, evolution and pathogenity of Mycoplasmas. We also apply mass-spectrometry to study bacteria from Bacteroides genus, prostate cancer and autoimmine dicorders.

We collaborate with many research groups in proteomics and metabolomics and we are open for new collaborations.
