The most frequent 3 aa-residues in E.coli's proteome: L,A,G: while for Carnobact.CP1 the most frequent are L, I and E.

The least frequent aa-residues are H, W, C (U is out of competition) for both organisms.

The biggest difference is between Ks in fawor of Carnobacterium. But the second difference is between As in favor of E.coli.
