Two proteomes were considered:

  • 1. UP000000625 Escherichia Coli K12. Number of proteins: 4306.
  • 2. UP000042352 Xanthomonas citri pv. citri LE3-1. Number of proteins: 4607.

Three most prevalent residues are identical for both organisms: L, A and G. The rarest ones also coincide: M, W and C. The biggest differences are 1,83% for A (in favor of Xanthomonas citri pv. citri) and 0,99% for L (in favor of E.coli K12).
