In this work was explored Xanthomonas citri pv. citri carboxylesterase (refseq id WP_011050437.1) Max target was installed with value 100. As a result i have found 41 sequence, 9 of them are presented below.

First seven proteins demonstrate significant similarity with an original sequence, what was anticipated because of their e-value. The last two ones are so much different from the original protein, they are shorter and don't have totally conservative positions, what allows to say, that they are noy homological to the original one. An alignment with selected blocks is presented below.

Large rebuildings between two proteins with homologous parts

For research there were chosen AKQ41279.1 Cell division cycle protein and Q9ZPR1.1 Cell division control protein 48 homolog B. Chosen values were: E-value: 1.0E-5 and word size: 2. The result is presented on the following picture.

The picture allows us to consider several events: there are few well observable areas of sequence's parts deletion, location of the biggest one is 435-452. In both sequences we can observe the duplication of last fragment which meets only once in comparison to all other ones. AKQ41279.1 is longer, than the second one and in it's begining there is a district non homologous to Q9ZPR1.1. If we designate non-homologous part 0-200 as A, two homologous areas 210-440 and 460-720 as B, and the duplicated fragment 715-768 as C, finally these sequences will be presented in the following way: Q9ZPR1.1 - BBC, AKQ41279.1 - ABBC.
